Thank you to these local businesses for their help with our prizes and celebration: Shirt Shack, Highway 3, Riverleigh Jane, USD 235 Communities in Schools, Funtastic Party Rentals.

Uniontown FFA sweet corn seed is in the ground!
Thank you Jason Sutterby for essentially being the project manager of our sweet corn field. From getting seed and fertilizer donated to spending several evenings at school helping make sure our sweet corn crop is a success.
We also want to thank Jason Koch for working the ground this year and Brian Stewart for bringing up his rig to plant once again! This is the 3rd year in a row Brian has planted for us!
We expect to sell corn in late June and early July. We also hope to have a limited supply of ornamental corn to sell closer to fall!

Congratulations to our UHS and WBE Livestock Judging Teams!

This weeks Student Spotlight features 3 8th graders in JH woodworking class. Dredyn Marlow built a bench for his parents front porch. Kali Stagg built a set of Washer boards. Landon Greenway built a set of corn hole boards. JH woodworking is a semester long class to introduce students to basic power tools and safety. As you can see we have some talented young woodworkers. Like and share to give them the recognition they deserve.

Just a reminder: USD 235 students will not have school on Friday, April 7th. Classes will resume at 8:00am on Monday, April 10th.

Student Spotlight of the Week in Industrial Tech class. Andruw Martin just finished this heavy duty reloading bench for his dad. They wanted it tall enough to stand and work but also be able to roll it around if needed. We have a lot of nice projects this year.
